Victims of EPA’s illegal “greenhouse” regs speak out
"With the cost of the new equipment EPA is requiring, and the oversight of the government in every part of my business, I won’t be able to afford to be in business any more."
-- Robert McClernon, PLF client
PLF has always fought for average Americans — “little guys” — who are victimized by big, callous bureaucracies. These days, that often means going up against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency — a behemoth whose resources, and arrogance, can sometimes seem limitless.
Robert McClernon and “Skip” Brown know what it’s like to be run over by EPA. We represent them and others whose small businesses are victims of EPA’s draconian new restrictions on “greenhouse” emissions for trucks, tractors, RVs, and similar vehicles.
We’ve gone to court because EPA broke the law. It’s supposed to run its proposed rules by a blue-ribbon panel of scientists. But again and again since the Obama Administration declared C02 an environmental “danger,” it has detoured around this duty, and shielded its “greenhouse” regs from independent review.
Listen to our clients tell what it’s like to be EPA “road kill”:
Donate to help us defend EPA’s victims!
Says Robert McClernon: “With the cost of the new equipment EPA is requiring, and the oversight of the government in every part of my business, I won’t be able to afford to be in business any more.”
“THANK YOU, PLF, for helping me fight back!”
PLF is able to stand up for small business people like Robert McClernon because of the generosity of our supporters. Please donate to help us “rescue” his liberty — and yours!
