Supreme Court in Sackett v. EPA 

SACRAMENTO, CA; March 21, 2012: PLF’s precedent-setting U.S. Supreme Court victory for property rights, in Sackett v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, will be highlighted on Lou Dobbs Tonight, on the Fox Business Channel, this evening.

PLF clients Mike and Chantell Sackett are scheduled to be interviewed, along with PLF Principal Attorney Damien M. Schiff, who successfully argued the Sacketts’ case at the High Court.
