The San Joaquin Valley is one of the world's breadbaskets. When the federal government restricts water and farmers can't plant all their acres, the entire country's food supply is impacted. Prices rise for tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, cherries, almonds, peaches, tomatoes, and asparagus.
